Our Story
The Birth of Arrive
The seeds for Arrive were planted in 2022 when Robin was meticulously
planning a family vacation to Costa Rica that included her in-laws(you know the feeling!😅).
She organized each day to be filled with unique experiences, delightful dining, and seamless
transportation. But she wanted something more – a way to present this beautifully curated itinerary
in a format that would not only excite her family but also reassure them that every detail
was taken care of. The goal was simple: show up and savor the moments.
She also wanted to step back from being the central communication hub, allowing every traveler in her group to access arrival times and upcoming activities whenever they needed. Her search for a tool that could meet these needs came up short. Disappointed by the cumbersome and lackluster options available, she envisioned something better.
In June 2023, Robin's path crossed with Bazzo Kelesh, an engineer who shared her vision for creating a tool that was beautiful in both function and design. This serendipitous meeting marked the birth of Arrive, a travel planning tool that quickly became a staple for Robin and countless other avid travelers.

Bazzo Kelesh
Residing just outside Amsterdam, enjoys the peacefulness of the Dutch countryside. His background in engineering and love for serene environments perfectly complements Robin's vibrant energy.
Robin Fish
A dynamic traveler, explored 11 countries and 18 cities in 2023 alone, bringing her total to 28 countries explored. Raised in the serene landscapes of Alaska, she always yearned for a life filled with vibrancy and action. It's no wonder she now thrives in the bustling energy of Manhattan, accompanied by her two British Shorthair cats.
